Parenting in a Pandemic

You are invited to the October Parent/Guardian Workshop

Please join CVUSD's BreakThrough Student Assistance Program and the Conejo Schools Foundation for "Parenting in a Pandemic" on Wednesday, October 14th from 5:30-6:30 PM presented by Phyllis Fagell, LCPC. This FREE event will provide parents/guardians with practical tools and strategies to support their children during the COVID-19 pandemic.

About our presenter: Phyllis is a school counselor at an independent K-8 in Washington, DC, a therapist who works with kids and families in private practice, and an author and journalist. She's the author of “Middle School Matters” and a frequent contributor to the Washington Post. She also writes for publications including Psychology Today, Working Mother, U.S. News & World Report, Edutopia and Your Teen, and her ideas have been shared in outlets including The New York Times, The Atlantic, The New Yorker and NPR. She lives in Bethesda, Maryland with her husband and three children.
