What was the Holocaust & who did it effect?

The Holocaust started in the 20th century. It started as descrimination, but lead to Jews getting seperated from their homes and killed. The Nazi's wanted the whole population of Jews dead. The mass murders were held in concentration camps. They would shoot, burn, and make kids suffer too. The Jews weren't the only ones effected and killed. Homosexuals, Gypsies, the handicapped, Slavic people, and Jehovah's Witness. TALK ABOUT HELL ON EARTH!!!

The Germans, like many others, were all taught that Jews were evil, minions of the Devil, trying to take over the economies, and killed Jesus Christ himself. Hitler believed that They were the cause of the economic and social problems.

Who were the leaders? & When did the Holocaust start & end?

The Holocaust started around January 30th, 1933 and ended May 9th, 1945. Hitler was the leader of the Nazi's but there were others in charge, too. Heinrich Himmler, Reinhard Heydrick, and Joesph Mengele were other horrible leaders during the holocaust.
