Annamite Mountains of Vietnam and Laos.

Why is your species endangered?
Deforestation and hunting. As people cut down the forests, they are cramped into smaller spaces. They also get stuck in traps intended for wild boars and other animals.

The WWF are focusing on strengthening protected forest areas

- The Saola is recognized by two parallel horns with sharp ends. The horns can reach 20 inches in length and are found on both males and females.
- They are also known as the Asian Unicorn.
