Lincoln Family Newsletter
Important Information
May 9th, 2022
I hope you all are doing well. The end of the school year is fast approaching and what a year it has been. It's hard to believe that we started the year at Lincoln and are ending the year as Lincoln at Ida Nason Aronica. Our entire school family has made this transition work. We did it together. I'm beyond grateful for our students, staff and families.
As you know there are more transitions ahead of us. We are excited about our Four Awesome Elementary one Community Open House Night on June 8th. Each Elementary will be hosting a one hour open house from 5pm-6pm so that students moving to their boundary school will have a chance to tour the school and meet the staff. Information about the Open House NIght can be found in this newsletter.
Thank you,
JoAnne

Four Awesome Schools-One Community
Our Elementary Parent Groups met together with Elementary Principals and Assistant Principals. One of the collaborative conversations of the meeting was on how to help students and families have a smooth transition from three elementary schools to four elementary. The Four Awesome Elementary Schools- One Community Open House Night idea was developed during our discussions. On June 8th from 5:00-6:00 there will be an open house at each Elementary. If you are in the Lincoln boundary zone for next year, your open house will be in the Morgan Middle School Auxiliary Gym. Please read the flyer below for the details.
Your family will be able to visit and meet the staff at your newly boundaried school.
Please call the office at 925-8050 if you have questions.
Before And After School Childcare-Right At School
Below are the start and end times at each elementary school. If you sign up for Right at School Childcare you will be able to drop your child/children off at school well before the bell time. For example if your child will attend Ida Nason and you work in the morning and sign up with Right at school you can drop your child off as early as 7:00 am. Without Right At School child care, you can only drop your student off 30 minutes before the bell which would be 8:45. That is when schools have supervision.
