Please make sure your child is checking their email each day.
For the last week of school Team Yellow will be doing a team building activity. By May 18: If you could win an award for something you always do, what would it be?
Ex: Most likely to text while walking

Classroom Happenings
ELA- Mrs. Day & Mrs. Goosen
This week the students read the short story “Lose Now, Pay Later” by Carol Farely. Students analyzed character reaction and then answered the assigned question as a blog post (only one post assigned this week). On Thursday, the students were assigned a form to fill out about the weekly activities/check in.
Students should be reading 15 minutes a day. Here is a link to the various reading resources we have provided:
Science- Mr. Geringer & Mrs. Oliver
Students focused on both the human and natural causes of global climate change, then created a short video about one action they could take to help slow or stop climate change.
