Initial Training for New Administrators

This training is for new administrators who will be evaluating teachers, specialists, and principals using the CESA 6 Effectiveness Project Model. It is a four day training where participants will learn about the performance standards, using MyLearningPlan software, the evaluation components, and become certified to evaluate certified staff using this model.

Learning outcomes include:

  1. Participants will learn components of the Effectiveness Project Model and Performance Standards.
  2. Participants will navigate MyLearningPlan software and become comfortable using it.
  3. Participants will become certified in the Effectiveness Project Model.
