October 5th - October 9th

Big picture

This year's Week of Respect will be from October 5th- October 9th at ECLC, which also happens to be the first week we are back at school in person! The idea of the Week of Respect is to get our students talking, thinking and acting like respectful citizens of our school and our community. We will be taking time each day to learn new ways to show respect and kindness to others.

We have never experienced a year quite like this in history and teachers, staff and students will demonstrate how to be respectful by wearing masks, practicing good social distancing habits, washing hands and learning new ways to greet our friends!

Parents: The following video is from Sesame Street in Communities. I encourage all parents to check out the Sesame Street in Communities website for hundreds of bilingual resources, videos, articles and information on a variety of topics that affect children and families.
