From my heart...

The picture above sums it up!

Do you ever go through those times in life where you just feel out of sync with everyone and everything? The last few months of my life have been crazy chaotic with my full-time job and the fall is also a very busy time for my family. I received a message the other day from a girl on the team and it was a wake-up call. A "HELLO?? Kimi? Are you there?" type message with a lot more and y'all know me and I typically wear my heart on my sleeve and would usually get defensive and upset with this person but actually it was quite the opposite. My heart sank because everything she said was so true and it was really a reminder that even though I am busy, tired, feeling defeated, etc I have a whole team of ladies that need me. So, it's time to get to work!

Let's start at the beginning for those of you who do not know me! My name is Kimi Radich and I am either your Director or one of your upline Directors (if Liz Mumpower is your Director). I have been with this wonderful company since January of 2009 and I absolutely LOVE it. Yes, as I mentioned in the previous paragraph, everything has not always happened on MY timetable and I have times of feeling defeated but it is happening on His timetable. That's a tough thing for me because I like to be in control. :) I have been married to my high school sweetheart, Eric, for 12 years and we have 3 precious kiddos (Chloe -9, Cayla -7, EJ -4). Eric teaches and coaches football and wrestling at West Hall High School and I work full-time at the Central Office for Hall County School System. There are currently about 66 ladies on the Perfect Ten team including Team 31eighty which is Liz Mumpower's team. Liz promoted to director back at the beginning of the summer. The name Perfect Ten came from ten characteristics I think a Proverbs 31 woman exemplifies. Here is a pic of our logo.

I want each of you to know that I truly apologize for being non-existent in the Thirty-One world for the last several months. I was recently given a lot of extra responsibility in my full-time job, I have been battling what feels like endless sickness, and as I mentioned fall is an extremely busy time for my family. Eric coaches football, both girls cheer and have practice twice a week, Girl Scouts, all 3 take karate twice a week, Cayla plays basketball and practices 2 times a week, church, Friday night football games, 2 Saturday football games when the girls cheer, and the list just goes on. It has been all I can do to I do try my best to keep everyone notified about upcoming things but to be honest the last few months have been chaotic and stressful. I know all of that may seem like a bunch of excuses but I hope you will give me a second chance to show you that I really do try to be a good leader.

So, here’s the deal…if there is something that you are waiting on from me…PLEASE send me a message and remind me. It will not upset me. On top of the chaos I have a terrible memory! Any of my friends and family will tell you that. A lot of times I will read a message and respond in my head and then make a mental note to actually respond and then get busy and forget. So, if you haven’t heard from me about something please remind me!

I honestly want to help each of you succeed and reach your goals whether that be to make enough money with Thirty-One to pay your car payment each month, to make enough to be able to splurge on a manicure/pedicure each month, to afford to send your child(ren) to private school, to be a stay at home mom/wife…WHATEVER your dream is I want to help you make it happen!

So, with all of that said will y’all give me a second chance to be a good leader?? Pretty please!!
