Registration Timeline and Informational Events
The following events and informational sessions have been designed to assist students and parents with the process of scheduling courses for next year! The registration process will begin February 3rd and conclude on February 20th. The school counselors will be in classrooms and the Lecture Hall assisting students, answering questions, and helping students with the online registration process. Please be patient as the school counselor’s experience high volumes of emails during this time and may not respond as quickly as you would like. If you need assistance with scheduling, parents should talk first with their student and we recommend having the student see a counselor at school with questions or for assistance. Please keep in mind, if you attempt to contact a counselor during the next three weeks, our first priority will be spending time with students working with them directly to complete their registration process. The best way to resolve any scheduling issues is to have your student see us at school. The school counselors welcome parents to come in and meet with us on a walk-in basis between 8am and 2pm February 13-17! Counselors will be in the Lecture Hall.

Staff Member of the Week
This week’s staff member is married. She has 2 grown boys (MEN), a 20-year-old freshman at OU and a 24-year-old married firefighter/paramedic at Mifflin & Violet TWP. This is her 26th year in education. If our staff member did not work in education, she would work on Broadway “Singing and Dancing”! Aside from necessities, she could not live without family and her 4-legged loves (cats). As ruler of her own country, she would have a pay it forward law once a week. Her warning label would read “Caution-do not cross”! The most valuable lesson our staff member has learned is to treat others, as you would like to be treated. This staff member would rather vacation in Hawaii. If money were no object she would travel to see the world and also open a “no-kill” animal shelter or refuge. She would like to explore the deepest part of the ocean.
Beth Daniels is our staff member of the week.
-Beth is our School Psychologist.
