Salad

Ingredients

Fresh spinach, Strawberries, Walnuts, and Poppy Seed Dressing (Lemon and Vinegar)


Utensils

Large bowl, Tongs, Strainer

Preparation

Spinach

  • Rinse spinach with 1 teaspoon of lemon, few drops of lemon, and cold water
  • put all contents into a strainer then to a bowl

Strawberries

  • Rinse
  • Slice in bite size pieces

Walnuts

  • Crush into small pieces

Breaded Fillet , Rice, and Veggies

Breaded Fillet

Ingredients

Breadcrumbs, Fillet, Veggie Bag, Rice and Corn, Eggs


Utensils

Pan, Bowl

Preparation

Fillet

  • Rinse the fillets
  • Beat the eggs and then dip the fillets
  • Dip the fillet in the breadcrumbs
  • Place the fillets in the pan over medium heat for about 10 minutes

Rice

  • Put the rice in a pan with some onion and some butter and toast until brown
  • Add 2 cups of water
  • Cover until the rice soaks up the water and then it is ready

Veggies

  • Put the veggies in a pan with 1/2 cup of water and let it boil
  • When ready pour into strainer and ready to serve
