Do you dream? If so can you resume it? Well studies show you can. If you ever get interrupted whether it be by your siblings or your alarm stay completely still. Then close your eyes again you should be able to rethink of your thought.Think really hard the memory should come back. But if you cant remember your dream then you cant go back to it. Practice, practice, practice that's the only way you will get better.
What is Lucid dreaming?
Lucid dreaming is when you can control your dreams and one is aware he/she is dreaming. Lucid dreaming helps to resume a dream and to help your memory. You can also see the images very vividly. Theres many forms of lucid dreaming one way is called false awakening when you think you are awake but you are really dreaming. It helps reduce the amount of nightmares. Lucid dreaming is not rare it's just most people don't know that they are dreaming.
