Clinic News
If your child is a future 7th grader, your child needs two more vaccines in order to be compliant with Texas law. You can email the record to Chengfang.zhao@fortbendisd.com or drop it at the school clinic. Please be mindful that students who are not compliance with immunizations required by Texas laws must be excluded from school unless exemption (signed in accordance with the provisions of the law) is provided.

Student Wellness Wednesday
“Fort Bend ISD is kicking off Wellness Wednesdays for students with the first of three COVID-19 vaccine events on June 9th at the James Reese CTE Center from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. Use Entrance D2 off University Blvd. To schedule an appointment, use the registration link, click “Sign Up” then the “Submit and Sign Up” button. Walk-ins are also welcome.
The vaccines are available to all FBISD family members who are interested in receiving the shots and are at least 12 years of age. Parents must be present with children younger than 18 and must supply photocopies of student’s ID and health insurance information plus proof of date of birth and home address.
FBISD, in collaboration with our vaccine partners, will be offering other COVID-19 vaccine events for students throughout the summer so keep your eye out for District-wide communications and check the Vaccination Webpage for opportunities near you.”
