Happy New Year Frontier Valley Families!
Welcome back to school! We hope the holidays were wonderful for you and your family. Our teachers and support staff are ready to welcome the kids back to class. It is our hope that the kids are excited to return to school as well. We have much to be thankful for, and great opportunities coming our way for the second semester of school.
Please see our data below showing our celebrations regarding our reading growth over the years! This is a snapshot of our mid year data in reading. The numbers in the green zone show the percentage of our entire school that have already achieved or scored above grade level expectations at the mid year mark. We are so proud of the progress that our students have made so far this year, and we are very thankful for the wonderful support from our staff. We are looking forward to the continued growth in 2022!
Cheerfully,
Kiersten Hall
Principal
2022 CMAS Testing
During the annual testing window of March 28- April 29, 2022, the Douglas County School District will be required to administer the following state-mandated assessments.
Students enrolled in eDCSD remote learning who plan to participate in the state testing will need to do so via their assigned, neighborhood school during the times designated by the school. You can view the testing schedule at your school HERE. If you have specific questions about testing schedules or procedures, please contact your school assessment coordinator, Christin Pursley at cfpursley@dcsdk12.org.
Note: CMAS Social Studies/grade 4 is not expected to be administered in 2022.
Parents/guardians may excuse their students from testing if they wish to do so by following this process.
Thank you for your partnership in helping students succeed.
