Andrew Crumbie - Time to Yourself

Andrew Crumbie is a hard working individual, one who dedicated himself to a level of excellence that many cannot. However, Andrew also recognizes that as important as it is to work hard, it is equally important to play hard, which is why after a long hard business trip, you can be certain that Andrew is going to enjoy himself when he gets home. Though most might say that enjoying themselves includes going out to bars and clubs, or music venues, Andrew prefers something more quiet and solitary, like reading a book in a library, or taking a walk down the pier late at night. Andrew says that it isn't important what you do during your down time, only that you do it. Andrew says that having a bit of alone time is necessary for a person, that it helps them categorize and organize their thoughts, analyzing and interpreting them to come up with a good general sense of how their life is going. Andrew says that in order to digest all the information you are constantly bombarded with on a daily basis, you need time to yourself to fully understand it all, and orient yourself within it accordingly.

Andrew Crumbie has always been introspective by nature, someone who enjoys the company of a good book more than that of a loud crowd. Andrew says that though he does enjoy the company of people, he prefers interacting with them on a more intimate level, say chatting in a cafe about a latest dissertation or theory, rather than holding many short conversations at a bar. Mostly though Andrew likes to spend time alone, time he uses to unravel the many mysteries of the world, devouring any book he can on a multitude of subjects. Andrew is a man who truly enjoys a good day to himself.

Andrew Crumbie - Business Law

Andrew Crumbie is a professional who has been working in the Executive branch of the government for many years now, developing several crucial skills in the industry. It was these skills that allowed Andrew to open his own business and law firm that operates in the Northeast region of the United States. Andrew and his firm work primarily in minority business enterprising. What that means is that Andrew assures that members of minority groups are adequately represented and treated as they ethically should be within corporations. To put it shortly, Andrew assures that every company and corporation abides by the Federal and state laws when it comes to hiring and employing minorities, as well as office equality once hired. Andrew is a man that protects those who cannot protect themselves, the downtrodden and persecuted who look to him when justice is not being upheld properly. Andrew says that this happens far more than should be acceptable, which is why he and his team of high power attorneys work vigilantly not just to educate, but protect the minority so that they receive the adequate representation and respect that they deserve. Andrew says that they work so hard because even one instance of discrimination is unacceptable, especially in today's day and age.

Andrew Crumbie
says that he works hard to assure that all minorities have a hard time with corporations in one way or another, directly or indirectly. Andrew says that his job is more necessary than ever because the laws in place such as equal opportunity actually ironically incite racism in a company because of resentment. It is for that reason that Andrew and his professionals fight for you. With their help you can rest assured that you will receive the representation that you need and deserve at rates that you can afford.

Andrew Crumbie - A Leader

Andrew Crumbie has been working as a lawyer and business owner for many years now, earning a true sense of respect and admiration in the industry. Due to his experience and skill set he has begun to be looked up to by many of his peers in the industry. What Andrew didn't realize is that when he created his own law firm he would begin to be looked up to as a leader and representative of not only the people, but of his own employees. Andrew has a team of highly qualified and experienced lawyers who have developed with him over the years. Andrew says that all of them are well qualified and he trusts them with their judgment, but they all look to him for guidance during uncertain times and trials and tribulations. Andrew says that taking on a leadership role can be quite bizarre, but very rewarding as well, when it is not challenging. Andrew says that the most challenging aspect of being a leader is not just realizing that you have become one, but maintaining a level of respect within your group. Andrew says in order to achieve this respect a leader is held to a higher standard of everyone else, and is required to self sacrifice more than anyone else on the team. People will follow you if you are not afraid to bleed for them, as Andrew has learned.

Andrew Crumbie says that the more you do for them, the more you put your neck on the line for your employees, the more they will trust and respect you, and the more work they will do for you when you need it. Andrew says that everybody needs a helping hand every now and then, and when that time comes for you, employees that respect you will always be willing to help first.

Andrew Crumbie - Connecticut Bar Association

The Connecticut Bar Association (CBA) is a non-profit organization that is focused on promoting the principles of law, public service, and justice throughout the state of Connecticut. Andrew Crumbie, owner of Crumbie Law Group, LLC considers his membership with the CBA to be essential for the company in making networking opportunities and providing quality education for its members.

Founded in June of 1875, the CBA was instrumental in the creation of the American Bar Association which was created as a direct result of the actions taken by the CBA. A century later, in 1975, the association now had a membership of around 4,000 and a new logo that stood for "equal justice through law". From its inception, the CBA has provided numerous programs and events for members to provide resources to better improve the practice of law.

In 2003, the CBA unveiled a new logo and website to better highlight the core belief of CBA members that the organization is better for being comprised of lawyers from all areas of practice and diverse backgrounds working together to enhance the legal profession and better uphold the law.

Andrew Crumbie shares this belief and has shown his great support of diversity in the law profession through his own practice. With over half of the lawyers at Crumbie Law Group, LLC being women, some of which hold senior positions, and many of his lawyers being minorities, the group stands as an example of that the legal profession can do when lawyers of all backgrounds come together.

Andrew Crumbie - Golfing for Professionals

Sunny days and a cool breeze give away to the perfect conditions to spend some time on the golf course. For many business professionals, like lawyer and business owner Andrew Crumbie, taking the time to get outdoors and play a few rounds in the sunshine makes a nice break to the daily routine. Golf can not only provide some much-needed relief from office life but can also be a great outlet for professionals to network and get together to discuss business and close deals in a friendly and neutral setting. Here are a few good rules to follow that may just warrant your boss sending you off to the course!

  1. Learn (and follow) the rules! No one likes a cheater, even if it's unintentional. When you are playing golf in a business capacity you are representing your company. If you are vying to sign on a client, don't expect to catch any big fish if your game is sloppy or you seem like you don't know what you're doing.
  2. Follow dress code. You want to come across as professional and be the type of business associate others desire to work with. Look the part. The way you present yourself greatly enhances your message and can help smooth over any blunders that may inadvertently slip out in discussions.
  3. Take some lessons. No one expects you to be a pro golfer, but you want to know what you're doing. Although you don't exactly want to demolish the competition in a business setting, remaining competitive and relevant in the game makes you seem more impressive to colleagues and clients.

For professionals like Andrew Crumbie, a good round of golf can go a long way while working with clients and treating employees to a day of well-deserved relaxation.

Andrew Crumbie - Empowering Youth for the Future

Andrew Crumbie is a self-made J.D. graduate from the Michigan school of law who knows how important the support of teachers, mentors, and the community can be on the success of youth. As a minority, working in the field of law was not always easy and he has seen his share of discrimination in the workforce. Beating the odds, where less than 20% of minorities are even employed as associates, Crumbie opened his own firm and has now seen great success as the largest minority business enterprise in law in New England. Crumbie believes in supporting the dreams of youth, especially those who come from underprivileged backgrounds, in order to provide the highest level of opportunity and tools for success.

Youth who have mentors at their disposal often sees increased high school graduation rates and lower dropout rates. These students are more likely to build healthier relationships and lifestyle choices and have a better overall attitude about school. They also see higher college enrollment rates and higher educational aspirations. This may be due in part to enhanced levels of self-esteem and confidence they find from being mentored. Building stronger relationships with parents, teachers, and peers allow students to build on their social skills and also provides for a higher likelihood of being accepted into his or her school of choice and having better results when interviewing for potential jobs.

Andrew Crumbie believes business professionals can play a major role in the success of youth throughout the community by setting an example of attainable success themselves and speaking with youth.
