Lanyards for Sale!
Lanyards will be on sale at the school store starting Monday, August 16th. We are in the process of staffing the store and hope to have it open a few days a week.
We are looking for parent volunteers to commit to one day a month to help us run our school store during the three lunch periods.
Volunteers can find the Volunteer Application on https://plano.voly.org/index.html. A background check will be performed and the turnaround time is just a couple days. Fill it out now, designate your campus(es) and be ready to help when called!
Below is the link to sign up to volunteer.
Thank you for your support!!!
Also, please join the Remind link to be notified for volunteer opportunities for the 2021-2022 school year!
First PTSA General Meeting
The first Vines High School PTSA General Meeting of the year will be on Friday, August 27th at 9:30am. It's a great chance to see what PTSA does on campus and ask questions. You can join PTSA on Vinesptsa.org anytime! There is no requirement to volunteer. We love volunteers though, if you have the time!
Coffee Talk with Mrs. Dean will follow the General Meeting. Come grab a cup of ambition and a donut and sit and visit with the Principal. She'll be there with some helpful tips and info on how Vines operates.
Please register to attend the meeting at https://forms.gle/ViUvKce8rrMeQGAP8.
The Zoom link will be emailed to you prior to the meeting. Thanks!
Be sure to follow Vines PTSA on Facebook to keep updated on the latest happenings with Vines and the PTSA!

The other orphans say Margot is lucky. Lucky to survive the horrible accident that killed her family. Lucky to have her own room because she wakes up screaming every night.
And finally, lucky to be chosen by a prestigious family to live at their remote country estate.
But it wasn't luck that made the Suttons rescue Margot from her bleak existence at the group home. Margot was hand-picked to be a companion to their silent, mysterious daughter, Agatha. At first, helping with Agatha - and getting to know her handsome older brother - seems much better than the group home. But soon, the isolated, gothic house begins playing tricks on Margot’s mind, making her question everything she believes about the Suttons... and herself.
Margot’s bad dreams may have stopped when she came to live with Agatha – but the real nightmare has just begun.

Eighteen-year-old Jill Charron wakes up in a hospital room, leg in a cast, stitches in her face and a big blank canvas where the last six weeks should be. She discovers she was involved in a fatal car accident while on a school trip in Italy. A trip she doesn’t even remember taking.
She was jetted home by her affluent father in order to receive quality care. Care that includes a lawyer. And a press team. Because maybe the accident…wasn’t an accident.
As the accident makes national headlines, Jill finds herself at the center of a murder investigation. It doesn’t help that the media is portraying her as a sociopath who killed her bubbly best friend, Simone, in a jealous rage. With the evidence mounting against her, there’s only one thing Jill knows for sure: She would never hurt Simone. But what really happened?
Questioning who she can trust and what she’s capable of, Jill desperately tries to piece together the events of the past six weeks before she loses her thin hold on her once-perfect life.
