Rules, Routines and Setting Limits
Did you know that just like adults, children feel more confident and secure when their daily activities are predictable and familiar. A consistent daily schedule and step-by-step routines give children a predictable day which makes them feel safe.
Staying consistent with a schedule and routines takes practice so if you feel like you may need a little more balance at home, use the link below to access some resources that will help with rules, routines, and setting limits.
