Closing Routine

Afternoon/Closing Routine

* Make sure to not let go-backs and re-tickets get out of hand; sort in a timely manner.

* Recover our line queues and towers! This will increase our Units per Transaction and Average Dollar Sale when our customers shop while they are checking out! :)

* Close registers when we are close to closing time.

* Make sure customer service is clean with nothing on the counters; customer service should be looking brand and ready for the morning :)


* Don't forget about Credits and Email Capture! :)
