Phasing Up Complete!

We are so excited to have the final three grades of our kids phasing up and attending four days a week! We have had a blast with our Kinder, 1st and 2nd grade students this week! There are several things we need to remind all families of as we are progessing towards Spring Break. Please be sure to read all of these reminders. I have also attached the new playground zones picture as well as the drop-off/pick-up picture. Thank you for being patient with our staff as we make these important changes.

  • Students, staff and community members will be required to wear masks. Please be sure to send your child with a mask each day. We do have extras if needed but require masks. Please do not send your child with just a shield or gator. We will have the child switch out to a different mask.
  • School starts at 8:45 A.M. We have supervision on the playground starting at 8:00 A.M. Please do not drop your child off before that time frame. Each grade level has a specific drop-off point.
  • School ends at 2:20 P.M. We need students picked up as close to that time frame as possible. We only have playground coverage for pick-up until 2:40 P.M.
  • Breakfast, snack and lunch will be provided for all students. If you have any dietary concerns, please let me know. You are also always welcome to send your child with a lunch.
  • If your child is experiencing any symptoms please keep your child home. We also ask that if we call you to come and get your child, it is done as quickly as possible. We have done a fantastic job at making sure students and staff are not exposed to any illness and what to keep that up. If you receive a quarantine notice, it MUST be followed.
  • If you have school supplies, curriculum books or technology, please send it with your child each day! It is extremely important to have all materials each day.

    Food Service Newsletter

    This has been a very challenging year, and in the last week our world was changed again, but this time we are trying to get students back in school. After the announcement of schools ramping to Phase II, we have started receiving phone calls with lots of questions about meals in school for kids, and out of school for distance learning meals. I have put together this newsletter that will hopefully answer all your questions. If there is still something that you need to know or are not sure about, please reach out to our offices so we can help you. Please look for March's newsletter this Friday that will go over the month of march and changes we have going on them especially around spring break and pre-ordering meals.

    Unkind Chats and Reminders

    We would like parents/guardians to remind students that we need to be kind to one another even digitally. We have seen a large increase in issues arising from TEAMS chats. We are addressing these at school and will continue to contact parents when issues happen but an extra reminder at home is extremely helpful. Please remind your students that all chats can be see by adults regardless if they feel they have deleted them. If they feel it is something they have to delete, it should not be sent. We also have the ability to disable chat for students but do not want students to lose the ability to reach staff. If you have any questions on this, please reach out.

    Donation Needs
