A Message From Dr. Ricks

Parents and Friends,

Everyone has been working so hard to prepare for ITBS, and the students are ready to move forward. Spring testing marks a time of achievement and signals that the year's end is on the horizon. Please talk to your children about next week's assessment. They should approach it with respect and seriousness, but not be overly stressed. Their teachers have done a wonderful job of getting them ready, and I am certain that they will complete the tests with confidence.

We have had a wonderful time with our overnight trips for our 4th, 6th, and 7th grades and our 5th grade will leave for Houston after testing. Thank you to our teachers and parents for supporting this part of our program. Everywhere we went, people commented on our well-behaved students and told us time and time again that we were welcome back anytime!

With warmest regards,

Dr. Beth J. Ricks
