These general rules should be followed when your lamb is wearing a muzzle:
-Keep the muzzle clean! This will be on your animals face roughly 22 hours plus each day.
*Rinse out with water & wipe down at each feeding
*Wipe any drainage from lamb's nose when muzzle is off
-Anytime you walk your lamb the muzzle should be OFF.
-If you see any lamb with its muzzle hanging out its neck while at the barn, correct the issue.

Items to Purchase (You will need by mid-August)
When lambs are freshly clipped we keep blankets on them to protect their skin & prevent fly bites. We use a different blanket for warmer temps - ProCool
Once your lamb arrives, please order a ProCool blanket in the appropriate size.
(Be brand specific when purchasing.)
This blanket will be used when we clip for the Heart of Texas Fair.
