A.C. Flora's Closing Proceedure News for Teachers
• All circulating equipment is due before you leave for the summer. You may keep items such as over-head projectors, VCRs, etc. However, please return all rolling carts.
• All books, videos, boom boxes, clicker sets, digital cameras, laptops, unmounted LCD projectors, document cameras, etc. must be turned in to the media center.
• Secure your TV and Smart Board remote controls/pens.
• If you have any questions or concerns contact the media center staff.
SUMMER EQUIPMENT CHECKOUT PROCESS AND OTHER IMPORTANT STUFF
• All equipment to be stored in the media center …all books, DVDs, etc. checked out to teachers must be turned in no later than Friday, May 22. The sooner the better is most appreciated!
• Be sure to put your name on any equipment you would like to get back in the fall.
• Students should return all books to the media center by Monday, May 18. Any books not returned will be marked as lost and the replacement cost will be added the student's account in Destiny and PowerSchool.
• Teachers/staff who are not returning in the Fall should begin returning all checked out materials to the media center beginning May 14 but no later than May 22.
• Any books or equipment not returned by teachers/staff will be marked as lost and the cost will be added to your account in Destiny. Payment must be received for any lost materials before you leave for the summer.
• The media center will be closed on Friday, May 29th (PM) and Saturday, May 30 for inventory.
