Character Costume Walk
Parents/Guardians,
Our Elementary Student Council is putting together a Character Costume Walk that will take place on Tuesday, October 31 at 2:15. Students will be able to bring a costume to school that represents a book character of their choice. Please refer to the costume guidelines to determine what costumes will be allowed.
If you have any questions about your child’s costume, please email them to one of the student council advisors: koehlke@gm.k12.mn.us njahn@gm.k12.mn.us pulwelling@gm.k12.mn.us
Parents and community members are invited to watch the walk as well. Students will start the walk by walking out the secondary door entrance. They will walk on the sidewalk to the dome gym. Please line the sidewalks in this area to watch the walk! Parking for the walk will be in the gravel lot to avoid bus issues at the end of the day.
If you choose to bring your child home after the walk, you may meet them back at their classroom at the end of the walk.
