Tefillah / Class Meeting
This week we talked about our tzedakah project that supports the Atlanta Community Food Bank. We made posters with a partner to hang around the school to advertise when our food drive is and what to bring to support it! The barrels will be in the carpool lobby on Monday so please help spread the word and donate to this wonderful Mitzvah project!
Hebrew
Dear 2nd grade parents,
Rosh Hashanah ראש השנה was our main subject this past week. We sang holiday songs, learned about the symbols and customs of the חגCHAG (holiday) and learned the names of the Hebrew months.
We also started working in our new holiday booklet.
