Digital Learning Day
Digital Learning Day is TODAY, February 17! It was started in 2012 with the purpose of actively spreading and sharing innovative practices that improve student outcomes. Digital Learning Day is not strictly about technology--it's about learning. Head over to the Digital Learning Day website for online resources and lesson plans that have improved the learning of K-12 students across the nation.

MAP to Khan Academy
Khan Academy offers interactive problems for students, with instant feedback, that correlate to MAP sub-goals. Because these exercises are correlated to RIT ranges, they are perfect for flexible student grouping.
According to NWEA, "The correlation between MAP RIT scores and the Khan Academy exercises was determined by using our 2015 norms data to approximate grade levels, which were then matched to the corresponding Common Core State Standards."
For more information, check out NWEA's MAP to Khan Academy support page and documents. To set up a class in Khan Academy to support MAP data, refer to the drawing below or set up a time with me!
