Proclamation of 1763
The king of England told colonies that they were not allowed to go into the Ohio River Valley because he did not want to pay for another war.
The Stamp Act of 1765
British agreement decided to put taxes on paper, glass, lead, paint, an tea and this caused colonists to get very angry.
The Townshend Acts of 1767
The king put duties on glass,paper, lead, paint, and tea. Colonies thought it took power away from the colonies government.
The Boston Massacre
The British soldiers fired a crowd of men and colonists and others then they began a protest and they fought.
The Tea Act ( 1773)
The Tea Act allowed the British East Indi company to sell tea to the colonists and many colonial merchants and smugglers had feared the British East Indi's.
The Boston Tea Party of 1773
Indians had snuck onto the three-tea filled ships and dumped over 340 tea chests into the Boston Harbor and it was closed till all of the tea dumped was paid for.
The Intolerable Acts of 1774
This caused a lot of things and effected a lot of things, like having Boston Harbor closed and the Massachusetts charter was cancelled.
The Lexington and Concord of 1775
The Lexington and Concord was the very first battle of the revolution.
