The Art of Communication in Relationships...

Listen With L.O.V.E.

Positive communication is a critical element in relationship success and yet, it is something that challenges all of us. How do you support your loved one who is in distress? How do you get your needs met while still preserving important relationships? How do you persevere when your navigating challenging conversations with someone regularly? SYFS is offering the workshop, Listen With L.O.V.E: The art of communication in relationships to address some of these challenges and review critical elements of successful communication. If you are a parent, spouse, friend, son or daughter, or simply a human in relationships with other humans, please consider joining us. The first workshop will be held on Wednesday, January 5th from 6-8pm at 21 Highland St in Southborough. Stay tuned for more details about subsequent trainings in the new year.

BUT WAIT, there's more!

Communication Skills and Discussion Group

Looking for comradery, a space to vent, an opportunity to hear that others are going through something similar and you're not alone? As a compliment to the Listen With L.O.V.E. Workshop, we are offering communication skills and discussion groups to take deeper look at some of the skills presented in the workshop and apply them in real life. Take a time out for yourself and choose from two options: a weekly lunch break or a biweekly early evening meeting. Both are informal opportunities to get support and recharge before going back to your daily lives.
