What was the change?
Changes in the renaissance were in art, humanism and education. Art of the renaissance was dominated by three main artist; Leonardo da Vinci, Donatello, and Michelangelo. Renaissance art was characterized by realism and expression, perspective, classicism. Humanism was a very important part that defined the renaissance that was based on the worth of individuals. Schools were created with a humanist view rather than as a religious practice.

How did the change impact society at the time?
Political power was no longer under the pope. Rulers were in complete power and focused on self-preservation. There was a split between politics and the church. Humanism was widely studied. Self worth became a knew way of thinking for those in the renaissance.
how is that change evidenced in today's modern society?
All aspects of the renaissance are still studied today. There is a split between church and politics in america. Many aspects of renaissance art are still used. The ideas of the renaissance are used across the world.
