Please make sure your student has their own library card with the Framingham Public Library (FPL), in preparation for summer reading.

Attached are printable forms in English, Spanish and Portuguese. (FPL requires a hard-copy signature from a parent). Additional information can be obtained on the FPL website. The application can be picked up and/or dropped off at either Framingham Public library location or with your library media teacher.
