Hofius Clinic Information

6th and 7th grade parents: KISD follows the recommendations from The Texas Department of State Health Services which may change from time to time. Check with your physician to make sure your child’s immunizations are up to date. YOUR CHILD MUST HAVE UP TO DATE IMMUNIZATION RECORDS ON FILE WITH THE CLINIC PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL. Currently all 7th graders must have the following immunizations:

Meningococcal Vaccine
Varicella Vaccine: 2 doses are now required prior to the 7th grade. If your child had the Chicken pox disease the Varicella immunization is not necessary. You will need to fill out a form stating that your child had the disease.
Tdap booster. This immunization is due if it has been more than 5 years since your last immunization that contained tetanus.

8th grade parents: If your child is transferring from a school outside of Texas or is being retained in the 8th grade, the above immunizations are also required before beginning school. Students transferring from another Texas school should have already received the State required immunizations. Please check with your physician or school clinic.

Be sure to complete the search form with your street address (house number and street name are both required).

If you do not specify a campus or grade level, the results will be for all three campus levels. Please note that your child should be at their bus stop 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time. Although every effort is made to keep the system current, some bus numbers may change.

Update Information from August 1-16

Every year, Klein ISD requires families to update returning student information (Age, Grade, and Registration or AGR) for emergency purposes. This replaces the yellow AGR cards previously sent home the first day of school.

Student information MUST be updated between August 1-16 prior to students receiving a schedule or teacher assignment.Refer to the FAQs on this page for more information.
