This week we would like to highlight the Construction Management Program

With more than 200+ job openings in the metro area and opportunities to earn an associates degree and industry certifications, Blue Valley is proud to offer high school students the opportunity to pursue the Construction Management program in partnership with Johnson County Community College (JCCC). Students in the Construction Management program spend half of their day at their high school and half of their day at JCCC working toward a Construction Management Certificate with additional opportunities for students to continue coursework at JCCC to earn their AAS in Construction Management Technology and to transfer that credit to four-year colleges to ultimately earn a BS. Students can earn a Construction Management Certificate while in high school and will receive dual credit at no cost to the student.

Watch this video for an overview of the Construction Management Program.

If you are interested in Construction Management Program or other Career-Ready opportunities, let your counselor know. If you have questions, please contact Sarah Beren at or 239-4141 or visit the district website.
