Marking Period 3 Book Projects Due Friday, March 20th!

Students will be "pitching" their ideas to film producers (the class and me), focusing on their non-fiction book's main text structure. In order to show the structure and interesting facts gathered during their reading, students are currently composing an infographic via a site titled Easel.ly. Ask your student to show you what they have created so far!

Check out Blocks 2 & 3 Cupcake Challenge Presentations Below!

Does your student have cabin fever?

Here's what they can do to keep busy until Monday:

Blocks 2&3: Finish book project, compose persuasive essay informal outline, read AT LEAST 8 pages a day, practice mechanics/conventions skills on NoRedInk.com

Block 5: Finish book project, read AT LEAST 8 pages a day, practice mechanics/conventions skils on NoRedInk.com
