What was the Rwandan Genocide?
The Rwandan Genocide began on April 6, 1994, when the Rwandan President , Juvenal Habyarimana, was murdered. In turn the Hutu got angry and started to kill people and burn down buildings. This situation lasted for about 4 months and at least 800,000 people died. This was one of the main genocides ever.
