Paws for Pride . . .
Congratulations to last week’s Paws for PRIDE winners: Zachary Rupp, Jeremy Collachi, Alex Lock, Mark Wullert, Lexi Scavillo, Khloe Montini, and Gavin Ostrobrod.
These students were chosen at random to be recognized and celebrated for demonstrating one of our five character traits - Pride, Respect, Individual Responsibility, Determination & Empathy. Thank you to all of the Titus families for your support of our Paws for PRIDE program.
Communication Survey . . .
In the past few years, communication across the district has greatly evolved. Our district and school websites have been upgraded with the intent to make them more mobile-friendly, our school newsletter format has been standardized, and we have integrated Facebook and Twitter for the sharing of information. Given all of these changes, we wanted to poll our families on the effectiveness of our information outreach.
Please click here to a take brief survey that will help us gather your feedback for the district and for Titus. If you have children in multiple buildings, please feel free to complete multiple surveys or utilize the final question to differentiate your responses. If you have any questions, please contact Community Relations.
QUEST - Hour of Code . . .
Last week in QUEST, students in grades 3-6 participated in the Hour of Code, a movement aimed to teach basic coding principles to people worldwide. We had discussions about the importance of computer science education in school and the increasing number of jobs that involve computer programming. Students worked in pairs as they learned about algorithms, loops, conditionals, and more. Try it yourself at www.code.org!

We Are Back & In Need of Some Help . . .
Before we send out the registration forms for the iRun4Life program in the Spring, we would like to have an estimate of coaches for the program. We are looking for those with children in 3rd through 6th grades that are available on Wednesdays from 3:15 PM-4:30 PM starting on March 16 and ending on May 4. Last year we had teams of 10-15 kids with 2-3 coaches per team. You do not need to be a runner to be a coach. Your main responsibilities will be to help manage miles and distribute raffle tickets, keep the kids organized, and help support and encourage them in their running, nutritional, and "good deed" goals.

A slide show documenting the fun of the event can be found on the HSA website. Enjoy!
