Yonnori
Every country has their own traditional games. Especially, on traditional holidays. Likewise, on Chuseok and New Years’ day, Korean paly ‘Yonnori’ which is a traditional game. When whole families gather together, they play this game.
To play this game we need at least two people, one game board, at least four tokens for each team and four specific sticks for this game. These sticks have two side, one rounded side and one flat side. If you throw them away some sticks show flat sides and some of them show round side. We count how many flat sides and each number flat sides corresponds to a different animal. For one flat side is pigs, two flats are dogs, three flats are sheep, four flats cows and four round sides are horses. If you have horse, you can move five blocks. Additionally, you can have a chance to throw them away when you get cows and horses and there is a back stick, if you get one back stick’s flat side, you must move one black to back. When tokens arrive at the same block which has their tokens, they can integrate all of them and when you arrived the place which has other team’s tokens you can send back them to restart.
Therefore, the goal of this game is that all their tokens should pass at the last bock. This block is same as start block because the feature of blocks, we should around it so at the end we return to start block. The critical point of this game is about the strategies you have to choose where your tokens are going to be because the most important thing is that every token has to reach the goal as soon as possible.
In holidays, families can play this game all together, it brings everyone together.

Sweet and sour fillet of pork
Sweet and sour fillet of pork is my favorite Chinese food, and it is also a very popular dish in China. Now, I want to introduce how to make sweet and sour fillet of pork.
First, you should prepare some ingredients: pork, white sugar, salt, Chinese cooking wine, vinegar, baking powder, corn flour, and ketchup. Second, you need to make the sauce. In one bowl, mix ketchup, vinegar, white sugar and water. Third, you need to prepare the pork. Cut the pork into cubes and mix salt, garlic powder, Chinese cooking wine, white pepper and water. Set it aside and refrigerate for 15-20 mins. Next, you need to make the batter. Crack one egg, add salt, baking powder and corn flour in one bowl. Then, mix the pork meat one more time. Afterwards, pour the batter to cover the pork until every single pork is coated with the batter. Then, carefully drop the pork into the hot oil, and fry them twice about one minute each time to make it crispy. Occasionally, check the pork to ensure if they are cooked. When they are cooked the color will be changed to golden. After that, remove the pork from the oil and set it aside. Then, pour the sauce into a large pan. Heat the sauce until it begins to bubble then turn off the heat and add the fry pork into the sauce. Lightly toss the fried pork with sauce. Just toss it until all the fried pork is coated. Kimono
Kimono is one of the most famous traditional garments in Japan. Now, most people wear the Kimono only during special days such as the adult ceremony at 20 years old or for weddings. But a long time ago, all Japanese people wore Kimonos. There are some procedures for wearing the Kimono. First, you should put on the “Juban,” which is underwear. Second, you put on the Kimono which looks like a bathrobe, and the right side must be absolutely wrapped around the body. After that, the left side should be wrapped around the body. Then you tighten the belt while you paying attention to the hem length about 10cm from the floor. Third, you flatten out and collapse the extra kimono fabric around the waist. It will look like you made a beautiful triangle. Then tighten the kimono belt. Fourth, you must make a little space between your neck and collar. Last, tighten the beautiful obi belt around your waist and make the shape. (The obi belt is different than the belt mentioned earlier.) The obi belt’s shape has different meanings so you should make the shape depending on the situation. The Kimono has various meanings, depending on the color, pattern, and the shape of the obi belt. It is hard to wear the Kimono, but if you wear it well, you can experience Japanese culture.
