Smartboard:
- You can make a circle map with the topic in the middle and the students can give details from the text.
- You could also make a tree map. THe title would be the name of the text and the categories would be "photograph" and "I predict..."

You could have this same activity posted on the smartboard and students could manipulate the letters to create the syllables.
