YMCA Monitoring
Good afternoon!
I wanted to let everyone know that the state will be visiting our after school sites for the grant monitoring visit on April 25th. We are not sure which location they will choose to visit. They will get here at 12:00 and will check files/paperwork at the YMCA and then we will travel to schools starting at 3:00pm. Once we start traveling to sites, I should be able to alert the site coordinators we are on our way. I am happy to send an email also to let you know we are coming if you are in the building and would like to stop in and share any thoughts on our program with them. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

JSMS Lady Warriors Softball
JV softball had a strong and steady win, beating Vance 9-2. Victoria Browder pitched a great game and all players had smart and aggressive at bats.
These girls take on a big opponent tomorrow with Liberty Bell. They will be playing at DB's softball field starting at 5:00. Thursday, they will play TA Dugger, again at DB at 5:00. Please come out to watch these ladies play!
JV played very strong, but lost 8-4. Alice Addair is setting a great example for this team and giving outstanding effort in all areas of the game.
