Tisch's Tidbits
Absence
Just a reminder that I will be absent Thursday and Friday of this week. I believe I should have the same guest teacher for both days. If there is a transportation change, please call the main office to ensure the information will get to the teacher versus emailing. I do not plan on assigning the students homework on these two days.
Yearbooks
Please note ALL yearbook order forms are due on Friday, March 17th. The cost is $15.00 per yearbook and checks are made payable to Union Elementary. If you should need an order form, please print the attached form and return it in an envelope marked YEARBOOK.
Union Mileage/Running Club
Your child should have come home with a flyer with information about the running club that Mrs. Munley heads up. Be sure to take a look if interested. If you have any questions, feel free to email Mrs. Munley at lmunley@zcs.k12.in.us.
Relay for Life Union Style
Our Relay for Life week of activities will be held during the week of March 20th. Each day we will be collecting specific coins and having a spirit day to celebrate a healthy lifestyle. On Friday, we will have a movie night right after school. The cost is $12 which will go towards our Relay for Life pledges for Union. Many of the teachers will be there which makes it super fun for the kids! There are only 200 spots so turn in your registration soon!

Ms. Lahey's approach to parenting and teaching directly aligns with the new ZCS initiative "Strong in Every Way", which is designed to improve non-academic skills like grit and resilience.
Box Tops for Education
