What is Mrs. Garver Reading?
I just finished The Truth About Twinkie Pie by Kat Yeh. I've seen this book around for a few years and didn't read it because the title sounded funny, but after I met the author in Atlanta last year, I added it to my list. This book is SO good! There are several twists and turns, so buckle up! I loved all the recipes, so don't skip them. Read every single one (and maybe even try cooking a few). Also, I recommend reading the author's notes at the end. I did, and found out that this book started as a NaNoWriMo novel. How cool is that?
