Chick-fil-A and Sugar Rush will be selling food items at Open House
School is in full swing and learning is our main priority. We appreciate you sending your scholars to school everyday in their uniforms, wearing their masks along with their clear or mesh backpacks.
Last Tuesday, your scholars should have brought home their progress reports. We printed progress reports for the first third weeks only. Moving forward, you will need to use the Home Access Center (HAC) to peruse your scholar's grades, missing and upcoming assignments. Parents, if your student attended Twin Creeks last year, it is imperative that you complete the online registration form for your scholar. As of today, we have a 73% completion rate. We need this information to ensure your contact information is correct. The information provided also assists us with properly coding our students to ensure we are receiving all funding that we qualify. Please complete these forms by 9/15/21. September 13-17, 2021 is Campus Formative Assessment (CFA) Week for core content classes (English, science, social studies and math). All scholars will be taking multiple CFAs this week. Please ensure they are reviewing their notes, studying all week and getting a good night's sleep. Breakfast and lunch are free to ALL students regardless of income. Please complete the lunch application by 9/23/21.
Open House is Wednesday, September 15 beginning at 5 PM. PTO will be onsite to assist you with joining ($10) and selling Twin Creeks gear ($5-$25). Remember, all proceeds benefit Twin Creeks. We are currently planning some fun activities for our scholars to enjoy. We need you to join ($10) and your time to help plan events. No need to cook dinner. Chick-fil-A and Sugar Rush will be onsite selling items for dinner and dessert. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the school. The prices are as follows:

Perfect Attendance Incentives
We are strongly encouraging our scholars to attend school daily. We are planning our every 3 week attendance incentives. If you want your child to participate, please ensure he/she attends school daily. Every three weeks, we will provide an opportunity for your child to participate. If they don't attend all 15 days for the first 3 Week grading cycle, they will have a chance the next three weeks. In addition, the incentives are bigger for those scholars with perfect attendance for the entire 9 Weeks, 1st Semester and All Year.

Private parent conferences will not be held, but may be scheduled. We want to protect your scholar's privacy. We will have three very useful parent sessions for you to attend along with meeting the teachers.

Half Day AM/Parent Conference

Early Dismissal @ 1:25 pm. All car riders must be picked up by 1:45 PM.
Parent Conferences scheduled between 2:30- 4.
Please schedule with your teacher as time slots are limited.
History Fair
All students are required to complete a History Fair project. Please reference the guidelines previously sent and the upcoming reminders that will repeat each week until the projects are due. Remember, to think outside the box and try to create a webpage, presentation, documentation etc opposed to the traditional trifold boards. Yes, they may complete their project using a trifold board.

Students will be allowed in the building at 8:30 a.m. According to Spring ISD policy, ALL students must be picked up no later than 4:45 p.m. Please be respectful of our time.
