American Language & Culture Stanford Coordinator
Program Dates:
July 26 - August 29th, 2015
The American Language and Culture (ALC) Program brings amazing students from mainland China, Japan, Macau, and Taiwan to Stanford University for an immersive and unforgettable experience.
If you are accepted as a coordinator you will experience an enriching summer full of adventure where you can:
- deepen cross-cultural communication skills
- develop leadership skills
- create life-long friendships
- receive $1200 for a flight to Asia to meet your new friends and experience their culture!

Sports for Social Change - Vietnam & Cambodia
Program Dates:
June 16 - July 7, 2015
Sports for Social Change is a three-week summer exchange program offered together with the Stanford Haas Center for Public Service that uses sports, specifically soccer, as a tool for youth empowerment, leadership development, and community building.
If you are accepted you will join a cohort of 6 other Stanford students and 14 student coaches from Cambodia and Vietnam to lead two week-long soccer camps in Vietnam and Cambodia.
These soccer camps will enable youth to develop team work and conflict resolution skills. The program also promotes cross-cultural friendships between students of two SE Asian nations with a long history of war and distrust.

Indonesia Summer Immersion and Internship Program
Program Dates:
June 17 - August 16, 2015
You will experience cultural immersion, build cross-cultural relationships and contribute to the mission of the projects of a community-based organizations (CBO) through an internship placement.
Application Deadline: February 13, 2015 by noon.
