What food you should avoid

you should not ban foods or you'll feel guilty after you eat them. instead limit how much you intake.

Eat lots of protein.

eat beans ,black, navy, garbanzos, and lenti lots of peanuts, almond, walnuts, pistachios, and soy products try tofu, soy milk , and veggie burgers. good sources of proteins is fish. poultry, eggs, beans, and nuts.
