Quality Control Coaching (QCC)

Karen will begin classroom coaching visits this month while conducting the QCC (Quality Control Coach). She will be visiting all classrooms and providing coaching to prepare for Sharon's upcoming Curriculum Fidelity Monitoring visit and Safe Environments/Health & Safety Monitoring. Please be sure to utilize her with any questions/concerns you have before the Monitoring Visit.

Please update your classroom nap times in Child Plus on your schedule according to the chart below. Click here for instructions. Don't forget to re-print the schedule (Child Plus report CS) and post in your classroom.

Mask Requirements

-Adults and students must wear a shield or mask at all times, except for meals.


-Be vigilant about students wearing masks in photos. If you are taking a picture of one student, he/she may remove the mask for the picture. If you are taking a group picture to post, all students need to be wearing a mask that covers nose and mouth.

Cold Weather Safety

Children are more vulnerable than adults to the effects of cold weather. These tips will help Head Start parents and staff keep children safe, healthy, and warm in the winter.
