The Pained Prophet: Jeremiah
Jeremiah was one of the major prophets of god, and was often hesitent and scared about what he had to do. He is commonly known as the weeping prophet since his path was difficult, and had a strain on him. He faced beatings, persecution, betrayal, hatred, and worse. Though his faith in god faltered and he saw the world crumble, he continued spreading the message of god, spreading the hopeful word of the messiah.
