Weekly WBL update!
ID Badges fro WBL Students - Re sharing Just in Case
There is new information to share that came from the admin winter conference. I don’t have all of the details but I will share what will touch WBL. The rest will come from your CTAE supervisors and Dr. Washington.
There will be new guidelines that will affect how CTAE is audited. WBL falls under CTAE and will change how we do things district-wide, which is the reason for this email.
The ID badges are an across-the-board item.
In a nutshell, what we do for one, we must do for all, whether they have paid their dues or not. We have to be able to provide each student the same things at each school. This is regardless of whether WBL dues are paying for the items or not, also. With that in mind, we have to be sure we can afford the items, such as luggage tags for ID’s. Example: If I have 40 students but only 15 have paid their dues, I still have to provide for the other 25.
CHS, NE & SW are the only ones that requested the ID’s for the remainder of this year… but what we do for one, we have to do for all. Dr. Washington suggests that we use the VIP badges that our video students use. It is like a backstage pass or press pass. Paige is working up an example for us to proof. They will be printed on card stock and we already have the covers and lanyards at HCCA. We will have them for each school.
Please share your current rosters with me so I will have it when they are ready to print.
