January 27-31
"Instead of worrying about what you cannot control, shift your energy to what you can create.” " ~Roy T. Bennett
Message from Kent
As we move into the spring semester, this can also become a time in which we focus on all the things going wrong. Let's think about our mindset and how focusing on greatness will help us overcome the negative mindset. It can also help us approach situations in a different way that we might not had thought of before.

Breakfast of Champions
Core Essential of the Month
12 Weeks to a Full Heart
WEEK 4: Connect with your student...eat lunch with them. Do NOT talk about
school! Talk about both of your interests, talents, favorite music...it’s really just twenty minutes...you can do it! (Helpful Hint: the earlier in the week the better; they will remember it all week long!) Set some goals for this student to accomplish. What do they want to improve on, accomplish, achieve?...school and/or personal.
Write them down because you will need them on week 9. Hey, give them a card with their goals so they can see them every day.
