CRHSAP Families,
Spring will be upon us soon! It is a busy time for all of us here at CRHSAP, as we are currently in the process of enrolling returning and new families for the 2019-2020 school year. Current families should have received re-enrollment forms in the mail. If you did not get the forms, please contact Mary at 558-2088 and she will see that you get them. Returning these forms by March 29th ensures your continued enrollment in our program for next year and assists our teachers with planning.
If you know of families currently not in our program, that are interested in finding out more about CRHSAP, please have them contact Deann Ongie at 558-1946.
We have more fun events lined up for our families in the month of April! Please read through this newsletter and RSVP by 3/22/19 to the events of your choosing using the links provided.
Thank you for allowing us to continue to serve you and your family!
Sincerely,
Deann, April, Cheryl, Jeannie, Kristin, Peggy, Wayne & Mary

YMCA FAMILY SWIM AND GYM
April Swim and Gym Times:
April 9th- 10:00am-1:00pm
April 25th- 10:00am-1:00pm
The Stoney Point YMCA is continuing to partner with our program in 2019 and is adding an exciting addition! In addition to pool access, we will also have access to their gym on our scheduled days. The addition will provide families with an opportunity to play a variety of games and sports with other HSAP families. The YMCA will provide balls for us to utilize.
The YMCA is now asking families to pay a visit fee of $3.00 per family directly to the YMCA. Please know this continues to be a huge discount for us. The fee helps cover the costs of lifeguards during our swim time and it opens the gym for our use as well. Along with the fee, the YMCA is asking families to fill out an emergency card. Their priority is our safety. We hope you will continue using this space and encourage more home-school families to join you.
The RSVP will look a bit different because we will add a time for gym. Please choose which activity you would prefer first and second. Thank you!
