Hour of Code Event
Big Library Read
Follett describes this book "Told from two viewpoints, Atlanta high school seniors Lena and Campbell, one black, one white, must rely on each other to survive after a football rivalry escalates into a riot." Big Library Read allows unlimited access to the title within the time period, and also provides book discussion questions.
PreK Storytimes
Many of our elementary librarians are now hosting preschool storytimes and events. Please advertise these events in your library and share the information on social media.
The upcoming December events are listed on NEISD's webpage calendar.
DISCOVER the North East Independent School District through our
preschool events! These events, like Pre-K Story Time, Book Fairs
and Mommy and Me Time, will take place at various campuses listed
below. Our libraries have engaging activities to enlighten your
little ones! Please join us for any of the events listed below!
