Drills - Fire/Code Red
Please take time this week to conduct a review and walk-through of your drill procedures. Review your expectations, behaviors, etc. and the importance of these drills in ensuring we are prepared if there were to ever be an actual emergency. Conducting a fire drill walk-through would be beneficial for everyone to complete, following your egress path indicated at your classroom door. (If you are still missing an egress map at your door, please let me know. I know we had to replace a couple, and I don't think they were ever replaced.)
Report Cards go home tomorrow!
Standards Walk-Throughs/Gentle Reminders
As we continue to conduct our standards walk-throughs as a Leadership Team, please remember to keep your common board configuration up-to-date with the necessary postings. (Even in the midst of PMA testing.)
If the standard isn't posted or doesn't match what's happening in the classroom at that time, the walk-through starts off with "No's." :( I have included the walk-through form again, for your reference. Please take a moment to review the form, refresh yourself of these daily expectations, and ensure these things are happening in your room daily. If you have questions, concerns, etc., please do not hesitate to reach out.

A very special thank you to the following individuals who took time out of their Saturday and helped represent our school at the DCPS School Choice Expo. Words cannot possibly convey how grateful I am to each of you for your time and support!
