5th/7th Grade Visit Day
Friday, November 5, 2021, Afternoon
Grade 5 students will visit St. Mary Catholic Middle School, and Grade 7 students will visit St. Mary Catholic High School on November 5 to learn more about the schools, meet students and staff, and share in Zephyrs spirit and community! This will be a part of students' regular school day/schedule; please watch for further details from your child's teacher or campus's principal.
Wednesday, November 10, 2021, 6:30 a.m., SMCHS Commons
All men affiliated with SMCS are welcome to attend. This men’s spirituality and fraternity group will work through the “This Man is You” program, which harmonizes current social and medical science with the teachings of the Church and the wisdom of the saints to develop the vision of man fully alive! Coffee and donuts are served. Free to attend. No RSVP required.
St. Mary Catholic High School Preview Night
Monday, November 15, 2021, 6 p.m., SMCHS
Prospective families are invited to a high school preview night. Meet staff, students, and administrators. Learn about academics, co-curriculars, faith formation, student life, and more. Discover why SMCHS is the right fit for your child, laying the foundation for them to thrive during their high school years and beyond. No RSVP required. Free to attend. Invite your neighbors, friends, and network beyond SMCS to join us this evening too!

Annual Fund 2021-22
The 2021-22 SMCS Annual Fund is off to a remarkable start! Thank you for your ongoing generosity and support of SMCS. We invite all SMCS families to prayerfully consider supporting our school community through this year's SMCS Annual Fund here.

Funds raised support our mission and help us provide an exceptional educational experience for students. This includes helping to cover tuition assistance, professional development, and general operational needs. Learn more and donate here.

Tuition Bills
The following fees and discounts were applied to tuition accounts to NOVEMBER billing: high school fall sports, high school fine arts, high school retreat fees, and elementary band fee.
Scrip earned in June, July, August, and September was applied to the remaining tuition billing months on your account.
Middle school fees and high school VEX will be applied on December bills.

Zephyrs Spirit Stop

The Zephyrs Spirit Stop (located outside the SMCHS gymnasium) is also open during most home sporting events and will be open every Friday (school is in session) from 7:30-8:15 a.m.
Parish Connection
St. Gabriel Mom's Group will next meet on Friday, November 5 from 9:30-11 a.m. in the St. Gabriel Parish Library. All are welcome (including children) to join for fellowship, prayer and bible study. The St. Margaret Mary Always Young, Always Fun committee is sponsoring an adult Wine and Cheese Social on Saturday, November 13, following 5 p.m. Mass in Friendship Hall. Hot and cold appetizers, wine, and apple cider will be served. Reserve a spot online at smmneenah.org.

Trunk or Treat is on Sunday, October 31, from Noon-3 p.m. at St. Patrick Parish parking lot. Enjoy this free and safe family Halloween event! Costumes are encouraged.
