ROYAL REVIEW (01.17.2022)

To be Christ-centered in our words, thoughts and actions.

VIRTUAL LEARNING

As much as we tried to avoid virtual learning, high rates of COVID cases and contact tracing for both our students and our staff, have put us here, once again. We look forward to seeing most of our K-8 students on Monday, January 24th, and most of our Preschool students on Tuesday, January 25th.

**PLEASE NOTE we have an ALL SCHOOLS MASS on this Tuesday, 1/25 (Students should be in Mass Uniform)

If you have been contacted that your child is to quarantine, but do not remember his/her return date, please call us at 483-8214 to find out for sure. If you don't reach us, email Mrs. Gillett at sheila.gillett@queenofangelsschool.com.

Replacement Chargers are now in- for HP and Samsung Chromebooks- If your student has lost theirs, you may send $30 for a new one.

Many blessings,

Mr. Wiegmann

AFTER-CARE HELP NEEDED

Learn Resource Center, our After-School Program provider, is still looking for additional site directors (a paid position) to help with our afterschool program, in the event that our current site director would be unable to come in.

If you are interested in helping supervise a small group of our school children after school from 3-6 p.m. on weekdays, please contact Rebeccah David at: rebeccah@learnresourcecenter.org for more information.

DROP OFF PROCEDURES

This is just a friendly reminder that we need cars pulling all the way up to the end of the sidewalk. We are having too many people stopping right in front of the doorway and dropping your child/ren off. This can cause a safety issue. If you need to get out of your car, please pull to the side parking lot (North Side of the Monsignor Faber Activity Center).

Many thanks for your cooperation.

DRESS CODE REMINDERS (PLEASE USE THE DAYS BELOW TO HELP YOUR CHILD DRESS FOR MASS)

We are having numerous dress code infractions that we are witnessing. Any student in Grade 5 through Grade 8, should be wearing a belt with their pants.

Girls in grades 4-8 who choose to wear skirts must wear knee to mid-calf length school plaid, blue or khaki skirts. It is advised that you wear heavy tights in the winter.

Also, on school Mass days boys should be wearing a button-down shirt and tie and the girls should be wearing their dress shirts.

Tuesdays: 5th - 8th Grade have Mass and should be in Mass attire

Wednesdays: K-4th Grade have Mass and should be in Mass attire.

Fridays and ALL SCHOOL MASS DAYS: K-8th will have Mass and should be in Mass attire.

We thank you for your help with these issues and hope that we can have them resolved.
